Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We regularly ship to the UK, USA, UAE, Singapore, Australia, and more. International shipments are packed in wooden crates and fully insured.
How long does a custom order take?
Most standard pieces take 3–5 weeks. Complex custom orders may take 6–8 weeks. We provide a firm timeline with your quote.
Can I choose the wood type and finish?
Absolutely. We offer sheesham, teak, mango wood, acacia, pine, and walnut. Finishes include natural oil, wax, matte lacquer, gloss lacquer, and custom stain colours.
Do you do full building packages?
Yes! We offer complete door and window packages for new constructions — homes, apartment complexes, and offices. We work from your architectural drawings and provide site visits, measurements, and installation.
Do you provide 3D designs before production?
For custom orders above ₹25,000, we provide a 3D rendering for your approval before any wood is cut. Changes can be made at this stage at no cost.
What is your warranty policy?
All structural joints carry a 10-year warranty against defects. Finish and surface warranty is 2 years under normal indoor use.
Can I visit your workshop?
Yes! We welcome visitors at our Saharanpur workshop Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM. Please call ahead so we can arrange a proper tour.
